Refund Information

Exhibitors
All exhibitors canceling or downsizing space will be charged a processing and cancellation fee as specified in the registration packet. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by The Geneva Foundation. Refunds will be issued 90 days after the conclusion of the conference/event. No refunds will be granted after a specific deadline, listed in each event registration packet, due to costs attributed to securing the exhibit space. Each refund/cancellation policy will be listed in the specific conference/event registration packet.

Attendees
Attendees wishing to cancel may be charged a processing and cancellation fee as specified in the registration packet. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by The Geneva Foundation. Refunds will be issued 90 days after the conclusion of the conference/event. No refunds will be granted after a specific deadline, listed in each event registration packet, due to costs attributed to securing programmatic events and amenities. Each refund/cancellation policy will be listed in the specific conference/event registration packet.
